I scoured a lot of threads and this is what I came up with. I didn't have access to a styrofoam cooler, so I built my own box. So far it is holding a good temp with not much variation, I just have to work on the humidity level. The egg cartons are hot glued to pvc pipe and I can turn them from the outside. They are removable, so during hatch there will be plenty of room for the eggs to lay on the hardware cloth. I have 2 vent holes on each side, empty pill bottles with the bottom cut off and glued to the box. I also have a tube running from the outside for the water pan that I can fill without lifting the top.
What do you think? Did I miss anything? If everything holds good I plan on setting eggs tomorrow night.

Looks good, I think your on your way to success, I don't run any water until the 18th day & then up it to about 65% & hold on for the long ride of WAIT, good luck.

Don't see your thermostat, what kinda thermostat are you running?

You may want to move the thermostat away from the heat source..
