So what in the he11 is "sudden onset prednisone induced dysphasia"? Did you ever get that, Phil? That's what this stupid visit - after twice in the ER, one followup appt and a phone conversation with the clinic - has me in for now!!!

Well it was my turn to hang out in a waiting room and in the ICU over the last few days. My father has horrible vascular problems and clotted off his left leg, having two emergency surgeries. The last one removing the leg mid thigh.

He's doing better today, off the ventilator and seems to be accepting what happened. So prayers for his healing and rehab would be appreciated if anyone has a spare.

Hope everyone else is healing as well. (Extra hugs for Rachel and family!) Blooie, hope that throat opens up soon!

Friday Yet, praying for you father

Seems like Byc has turned into General Hospital or Grey's Anatomy.

There is no humor in this. I hurt for all of us. Wish we could click reset button and go back to days we all were in good health.
The only ones doing well are the hospitals, et al. they will NEVER run out of patients - but patients run out of money.

I asked my wife why a good person has to go through to this...... and I get to live.
My wife says I'm a good person too....and maybe I am.....but i still dont get it.
I thought I should pass this on and ill touch bases with everyone tomorrow.
