My neighbor kidnapped and abused my chickens-seriously

That video is so sad, clearly that bird is hurting. I hope your neighbor pays for what he did to your birds. What a colossal jerk for doing that!!!!

I know it's been a while sinced anyone's posted on this thread, but my neighbor is crazy too. A few years back he let his dogs loose on my free range chickens and completely killed my flock. I came home to find my dear chickens and ducks slaughtered all over my front yard and porch. The same neighbor has poisoned my beagle, and hung my cat from a tree in his yard. I live deep in the woods, and our houses are quite some distance apart. I moved here from the city to escape obnoxious, nosy and rude people, only to end up with a psychotic neighbor that hates animals! One would think that living in a rural setting it would be safe to have domestic animals and pets roam freely on your property. But, no because of crazies like this I have to fence in my beloved friends to protect them from the evil outside.
