I hope I'm posting this in the correct section. I'm new to chickens and found a very local farmer today after realizing that my local Agway was sold-out. I got: Silver Wyandotte, Cherry Egger, mille fleur d'uccle bantam, white leghorn, buff orpington, New Hampshire Red, black australorp. The mille has a possibility of being a male, but he would take him back if we didn't want a Rooster. I have a feeling we'd keep him anyway. Their hatch dates were 2/28 and 3/10. I'll take more photos later. I am IN LOVE with them! I hope I did a good job in getting a nice selection. We're going to be building a chicken tractor. I live on a horse farm and there is plenty of land for them to scratch up.
Right now, I have them in a 20g long fish tank (with a screen top.) If anyone has any tips or comments, I would be glad to listen. I'm very new to chickens and quite excited.
