My old hen has lime green poop on her feathers below her vent

I am pretty sure we don't have antibiotics. And I am def bringing her in tonight, her crop feels fullish of liquid and around her eyes is looking pale. What should I do in preparation for bringing her in?
You have a carrier? I would put something soft in there like a towel or if you have them, some puppy pads work well to catch droppings.
Offer her water, you can give electrolytes or a little sugar water if you wish. Food, if she's willing to eat that's fine, if not, then it's ok as long as she's getting some fluids.

Are you going to clean her up? If so, access her before you do. IF she's really lethargic, then you may only want to just wipe off the poop the best you can instead of washing her bum. Getting them wet and handling a lot if they are lethargic can be stressful.

Okay, thank you! I will send photos of her and explain how she is acting and looking. Should I worry about the tempt changes it is 25 degrees outside right now. And my room at night can get to be around 68 to 64 even 61 depending on how cold it is outside. So if I keep her in my room with my door closed will that be all right? And I am going to lock the cat in the kennal tonight and however long Broken toe has to be in the house.

Should I lysol wipe the cat carrier before putting her in it? Only the cat has been in it and she doesn't really go in there often. It is all we have right now other the cardboard box's.

You can wipe it out, with a wet cloth, let it dry. If you do use the Lysol wipes, let that dry well and make sure any lysol odors are gone before you put her in the carrier.

I think she will be ok with those temperatures. When a hen is not well, they often need some warmth, so it may feel good to her. Just watch her to see that's she's not overheating like holding her wings out, panting, etc.

I hope she feels better.

Okay, I will clean it with a wet cloth. I was thinking that with the lysol it would have to sit longer. Thank you so much!

This is where I am going to keep her in the cat carrier. I cleared everything that was near it away so that everything is staying sanitary.

And I will be sure to keep you posted.

Okay, the carrier is ready. I have a last minute question on how to acclimate her to the tempts of the house, I want to make sure I am doing everything alright. I have never really brought a sick bird inside during the winter before.
Edit: forgot to send the picture of the carrier

It has a towel in it and I will put the door on it after I get her inside the house. And FYI it is 25 degrees outside right now and most of the house is 75 degrees, my room is prob 70 degrees.

When I bring her in should I make sure the dog and cat are out of Broken toes sight? The cat is currently in the kennel but the dog is able to go wherever she wants right now. And should I dim the lights?

She is inside now. How do I make the sugar water? Should I give her any tonight? I know these questions probably won't be answered tonight but I still am going to ask them tonight. I am also looking up how to make the sugar water.
