Oh yum! I haven't eaten lunch today (and it's mid-afternoon

) so this description is making me ravenous.

The only thing I can probably cook right now... screambled eggs. Learned a little while back, I'm becoming quite adept.

One of my favorites over the decades is to cut deer steaks into "fingers" then dredge in heavily seasoned flour & deep fry for just a few minutes. OMGosh, so tender & delish. Neighbors would line up outside for visiting when they caught wind that deer fingers were on the supper menu, lol.

People are always surprised when i cook something up yummy, like the other day i made apple stuffed chicken breasts, made them again tonight this time wrapped in bacon!

I used that recipe as a base and tweaked it a bit to my own liking..like adding garlic and salt and pepper to the stuffing mix, as it was pretty bland without it, and i grated the apple instead of "slicing" it as you fit more in that way

And the wrapping of bacon around the rolled up near finished part before cooking was another thing i did

only for mum and i, my brother doesn't like bacon O.O was yum none the less
