This sometimes happens with new parents. You could try feeding warm egg yolk for now. Some fanciers have good results with Kaytee parrot formula. Someone posted a link to help in this situation Hopefully a member can hook you up to it.
This can end badly even for experienced fanciers especially at this young age for a number of reasons.
