I now have sometime off from work and just finish remodeling one of my empty apartments so Im going to start build a mini pluckier for starts seeing Im due for a few butchering of turkeys and chickens .
so I getting ready to start building this ,
another question how are you'll Scalding ur birds befor plucking I can't seem to fine a pot big enought for the big turkeys , I'm thinking i would need a 55 gal. barrel cut in half or something
