My Quail Might Be Eggbound! PLEASE HELP!!

So my quail has been acting up lately. She hasn't left her cage in a long time and whenever she tries to poop nothing comes out. She also does lots of random head movements.

Can you post a video of her doing weird movements? I know zero about quail, but this will help any quail people probably. Let me see if I can find some people to help.

Well, I managed to get the egg out. This was 3 days ago.

Yep, the problem was she wasn't getting enough soft foods like cucumber and things. Now i supply her with leafy greens and cucumbers whenever she's laying.
