Oh sorry, havent posted in a few days.
This is an excellent moist rub, very easy but very flavorful
Steakhouse Steak Rub

Ingredients
Minced Garlic
Coarse Pepper
Olive Oil
Good steaks (Strips,Loins, T-BONE)


To begin
Allow steaks to reach room temperature
Then pound steaks to tenderize
Rub with olive oil
Rub with garlic and sprinkle with salt
Let set for 15 minutes
Put on grill.
