My rooster has bumps on his earlopes and face, is this fowl box??

I realized my rooster's earlopes and face have some small bumps, not quite sure if this is fowl box but can anyone tell me what goings on I'm worried for my rooster .

It could be fowl pox from the bumps, but I cannot be for sure. Do you have mosquitoes out? Are any other chickens’ affected? Pox lasts about a month, and most healthy chickens will get over it without treatment. There is a vaccine available for those who have not been exposed. Here is a good article to read:

Yes, there is a mosquitoes and he's outside in a coop, it doesn't seem like any other are affected, but thanks!!
