My rooster is singin funny, is he sick of the throat?

I would like to know if he is singing or I don't know what is it called and he sounds funny, is he sick? What can I give him?

Thank you very much for your help. The thing is that I am taking care of my uncle's rooster cause he is on vacation and I honestly don't know much about poultry
