My rooster tail is down

My roo is acting strange he is normaly very lifelike runs around yard crowi g and tail up but the smorning i diddent hear him crowing went to check on him and he is just standing kinda huntched up low to the ground his tail down and no crow he only realy move when i get near him idk whats wrong any tips
