My sad mistake...

i cant imagine the pain you deal with every day ... it really blows ... touch wood ...but hopefully have this thing out must system soon ..doc said it should be doing better in another 4-5 days... i'm assuming you were bitten by a tick ...did you leave it too long ?? did you not notice ??
The first time I was in the middle of a set build and didn't notice anything until I saw a rash but thought it was ringworm, used some antifungal which didn't do anything and then forgot about it. The second time I was on a film in upstate NY in the middle of nowhere and our exterior sets were crawling with them but the production company was too cheap to provide the 50 cent extractors so one of the actors had to dig it out of me with a knife and he left the head in.

It really wasn't your fault, please don't blame yourself. You didn't know you would react and you did a good job making sure provisions were available.

I'm so sorry you lost your sweet girl! :hugs
Thank you, igorsMistress, I appreciate that very much. I just got back now from the ER since my arm is still numb and useless and the ER doc said my unusual reaction to the vaccine could have been due to my having Lyme. At least now I know I have to be vigilant and paranoid when it comes to side effects.

Whew! So happy you got it figured out. No more shots for you!
