So glad someone said that!!! I was thinking that is one man who will be left out of the naming process!!!!!

My nephews name is Adonnis. I think it's only supposed to have 1 n but she put 2. Mine are Jacob Loren Kinzer, and Nicholas James, And Kenneth Richard.

My favorite Uncle's name is Keith, had an uncle that was a WWII pilot and his name was Albert, my Grandpappy's name was Eddy (no, not Edward, folks actually argued with him on that, believe it or not!) One of my cuzin's names is Jase, and my Pa's name was Danny Joe.

Hi! I registered to this site just to reply to this thread! (I have been lurking for weeks, reading up on chickens).

Anyway, my contribution is my son's middle name. Asa (pronounced Ay-suh). Its a king in the Bible. He had his issues, but I loved the name. Actually, I really wanted to name a daughter Asa, but DH was having none of that :lol. My baby came out a boy anyway :lol

Congrats on the new addition!

I love names! Ok, grandpa's & great grandpa's, mine & DH's were Sidney, Virgil, Donald, Sylvester, Clarence, Fredrick, Jesse, and Lawrence.

Other old names or uncommon names: Calvin, Victor, Levi, Josiah, Jonah, Jonas, Keith, Truman, Tristan, Woodrow, Jay, Melvin, Mitchell, Clyde, Raymond, Solomon, Rodney, Thomas, Ezekiel

I always liked the name Isaiha (spelling), although family names, Kenneth, Theodore, Mark, Ryan, (all to common) Robert. Enjoy your baby!
(we did have a Linoel)

We were planning on naming our boy Ace, after my dh's grandfather (they were very close.) however, we got a girl and she's an Ophelia. Congratulations on your son. There are some really nice names that have been offered up so far.

I have no really good suggestions for you, but speaking as a teacher please, please, please make the spelling and pronunciation logical. Every year the kids with the funky names have to endure a teacher misspelling and mispronouncing their name. Also keep in mind that children are sometimes cruel. Think about what the name rhymes with or if it has bad connotations.
I'm all for interesting names, but please be kind to your children.
