One of my favorites is boiled rice with keifer mixed in. Sick chickens often will eat that when nothing else tempts them. Boiled or scrambled egg, cottage cheese, crumbled tofu are all good foods for sick chickens. If you can get some kale, it's usually a winner, as well, either steamed or raw.

Thanks for the info! Update; she is eating okay, taking medicine at correct times and her crop feels slightly firmer. Thanks for the help @azygous 😊!
