My Ugly Chicklet

Can anybody tell me what this chicken might be? Gender and breed? As you can see, it's much smaller than all of the others, it has feathered legs, what looks like a rose comb, 5 toes, a mix of what looks like silkie and frizzle feathers, and this week it's face turned red. They're about 11 weeks old and the eggs they hatched from were a batch of bantam eggs, but may have been fertilized by a rooster of a different breed.

Note: This chicken spends a lot of time running around in circles squawking, is very uncoordinated and, in general, just doesn't seem to be as well adapted to life as it's coop mates.

I would say a Silkie cross of some sort. That could explain his five toes, "fur", and feathered legs. Looks to be a cockerel as well.
