one of the ways we have tried to not feed the Easter Chick machine is to not hatch any ducks until after Easter, and we talk to our customers to see why they are buying. we cannot catch everything, but we can catch most and just decline the sale.

you are correct in saying it's a catch 22. it is what it is.

and to Poultry Peanut, i am glad you didn't feel as if my statements were a personal attack, because sometimes hearing the opposite of our own opinions can feel personal to some. i only qualified it with that statement so that no one would feel it was a personal attack and that is not the point of presenting views.

I don't know why some people ask others their opinion and when the people give their opinion those people get their feelings hurt.

nope, wasn't aimed at anyone, it was just a general statement. just wanted to point it out since i was representing a different side of the issue.

sometimes words on a screen can take on a whole other view when read. i wanted to make sure no one took it as a negative blow or whatnot.
