Have you considered cocciciosis? Coccidia are parasites and would not necessarily respond to either antibiotic or antifungal treatment. You would need to find a coccidiostat such as amprolium. Yes, I have given them amprolium for five days. Almost 20 days ago or so. They do have a voice like if they are ducks... Checked their throat it was clear but upper side of that has a kind milsf yellow spots. Their throat area has a bit of swelling , they take time to swallow something.

There could be more than one thing going on. It sounds like your flock is suffering from CRD, a chronic respiratory disease, and low functioning immune systems are setting them up for secondary infections and possibly parasites. It's kind of hard to know what to treat first.

You probably should switch to a sulfa drug and do another round of amprolium. I suggest trying to boost their health with probiotics and added animal protein. Setting up a mister or vaporizer with a disinfectant might help. It can't hurt.

That poop certificate isn't really saying anything, is it? What were they testing for? A fecal float would find worm and coccidia eggs, but a gram stain test would be necessary to find bacterial infections.

What is your chicken housing like? Are your chickens on natural soil? Is natural grit available to them?

No cuttcurre they're on witemesh cages. For now. And are indoors.

They have swollen crops. What is a best choice for crd? Currently I have this one available and another one oxytetracycline 50mg / ml .

If it's funal infection , than with time it's going to get worse right? Now should I go for antibiotic injection along with oral antifungal?

It's totally heartbreaking to see my birds in this condition. The tests were sonefor coccidiosis and worms.

My last flock will not going to purchase anymore. Although I love to have these little creatures.

Grit is available but the main issue is that they are not taking interest in food.

In the picture posted of your rooster that died last week, his one eye that is visible appears grey. Is it possible that he died of Mareks disease? It is hard to know which respiratory disease you are seeing, but all respiratory diseases make carriers of survivors, as well as the rest of your chickens. To get rid of the disease, you will have to wait until all birds have died, and then disinfect your facilities, and wait several weeks to get new chicks. But in your area, it may be difficult to find chicks who are healthy and free of disease.

MG, a common disease is passed through hatching eggs, and if the chicks are from an owner who has had MG problems, then all of their chicks sill be carriers. Birds with MG will not drink or eat well. I would just treat your remaining birds with the antibiotic, and try to treat crop croblems as they happen. Sick birds develop crop problems or slow crops. You should close your flock to any new birds, because each new addition will probably get sick as well. I am sorry that you are seeing so many problems with your chickens.

Thanks alot . Actually yes he had grey kind of fluid over his right eye only. Along with some tears. One of my brahm hen is also has that kind of blurryness in her right eye only.

Currently they have sneezing , watery dischargefrom nostrils especially when I keep them out for sun bath.

Appetite has decreased up to 50 percent. When they eat they seem to have a kind of heavy breathing. As if something is there in their lungs or windpipe .

At night they sneeze alot. I have attached a heat lamp for them to keep them warm.

What else I can share ...lol not been able to sleep for around 5 fays . All my bird were quite healthy . I am keeping them since they were around a week old.

I am totally heartbroken now. Still not been able to find out what's going on with them .

Kindly share some common symptoms of crd and aspergillosis fungal infection .

So that I can come to a conclusion what's going on with my birds.

Let me tell you that one of my Brahma laying eggs and other one is not since last two months.

Rooster was crowing , two days prior his death. His crop just stopped working and just died. Had white droppings only .
