Mystery Bird - Are you even a chicken!?

Hey all.

We recently got 6 chicks, of all different breeds, and we were given a chick that doesn’t look like any of our other chicks (fluffiness, head shape, feather texture, size, etc.) We were told she/he was a “Blue Gem”. It doesn’t really look like any sapphire gem chicks I’ve seen online? It’s the smallest of our chicks, has grown the slowest, and is the most skittish/shy of our chicks. We’re curious what breed it may be!

Any ideas?

Don’t know the exact breed but it could be a bantam, we have banti’s and they usually make excellent brood hens.
A bantam is any small variety of fowl, especially chickens. Most large chicken breeds have a bantam counterpart, sometimes referred to as a miniature. Miniatures are usually one-fifth to one-quarter the size of the standard breed, but they are expected to exhibit most of the standard breed's characteristics.

Update: (2 weeks older)

Still curious if anyone recognizes the breed! She/he is growing at the same rate as the others now so we don’t expect we got a bantam!
