Convulsions upon death, I've read, is a sign of heart attack. Her crop problems were likely caused by heart failure and there was nothing you could do about it. Sadly, this is not uncommon in chickens. So sorry for your loss.

Okay, that makes me sad but i gave her the best life i could

Last August I had sick bantam rooster, and as I was giving him some egg/water/food, I must have made him aspirate, as he jumped out of my lap and had crop contents come out. I think he got neurological damage from aspirating and he would just flop around if I didn't hold him, and he passed after an hour or so. I'm wondering if something like that happened?
