Anybody have any ideas what this rooster might be mixed with? His dad was a barred rock, his mama hen was a rr mix.

His name is MoJo and he's the absolute sweetest guy! My grandkids carry him around the yard like a sack of potatoes, and he never puts up a fuss.

I have a definite soft spot for roosters. My first pet was a huge yellow speckled rooster when I was a tiny little girl, and I've loved them ever since.

I'm not sure what his mom was mixed with? Just that she was a Rhode island red mix.

Essentially he is a Black Sex-link if I'm understanding the cross correctly...
