Mystery rooster and 15 wk lavs

I've got a rooster that my mama gave me a year or so ago. He's a real well mannered fella. A friend of mine I call the chicken man said he looked part wyandotte. I don't think he's full leghorn but I feel like he's got some in him and can't they have a rose comb? The rose comb is a big beautiful thing. I just hatched out some of his chicks and several have rose comb. His girls are a mix group and the eggs I chose are from our leghorn hens.
The other pic if I can get it to load is a quick shot of my lav ameraucanas. They will be 15wks soon. Hoping for input on gender. Two look real red and two look pale but I wonder if it's a maturation thing. TIA

to me he looks like a mix of a red sex link and a easter egger.
Anyone else have any ideas?

i only say red sex link because he looks really similar to my rooster but your rooster comb is very different. This one has me stumped!!

The rooster looks like a mix to me. Of what, I don't exactly know. Could you get individual side pictures of your lavenders? Maybe individual pics of their combs as well. They are sure beautiful!

He's definitely a mix but he looks too large to have much Leghorn in him if he does at all. Maybe Wyandotte mixed with red sex link or buff Orpington.

I was about to type out the leghorn part... he's too bulky for that, and no... Leghorns have single combs only...
