Naked neck chicken wound. Pictures

I found a couple of big wounds on the neck of my turken. I'm thinking she stuck her head through something sharp and scratched it in the process. Have already washed with hydrogen peroxide and put antibacterial on it. Found her like this last night so this is almost a day later. Seems to be scabing but wondering what else I should do for her. The other girls don't seem to be pecking at it, but she does scratch at it sometimes.

I would separate her from the flock and put neosporin on the wound until it is completely healed. Then put her back in the flock.
