Naked Neck/Turken Thread

Well both of his parents had a parent that had a straight comb.

Mother: Half Red Star Half Silver-laced Wyandotte

Father: Half Leghorn Half NN (also EE)

Here was my big buy for today at the local auction. A quad of Naked Necks. 1st hen: Mostly blue with a little gold on head, bow tie and chest area. Blue Copper? 2nd hen. Golden Laced not the best of the lacing pattern perhaps a 1st generation golden laced cross. Has a small rose comb. 3rd hen. Mostly white hen but does have a few black (light) spots on body ans in tail feathers. I think I'd be safe in calling her white. Showing some of the black spots. Last the rooster, Red on head and in the bowtie and over most of the back and saddle area with a little on the wing. Blue Copper? Showing some of the roosters back and saddle feathers. What do you folks think about the color names that I've suggested? Mostly curious if I'm even close.
Any comments on these? The colors I have suggested is what I'm asking about.

My interest is NOT to argue but to understand.  I'm trying to remove straight combs from my flock and this just flies against what I THOUGHT I knew.  It will help me deal with my project to understand this.

Thanks....Turk
I didn't mean to cause an argument, or brag, or sound like a know it all. Sorry if I did.

And I geuss your welcome if I did help. Lol. I just realy didn't understand the post.

I take NO offense to such discussions but I do know that some folks get bent out of shape for the silliest things. I think nothing is beyond being questioned because when we stop asking questions, our minds stunt.
