Naked Neck/Turken Thread

Hi all,
I have posted some pictures about my two Turkens few weeks ago. one of them started to crow last week but I am wondering why the other one is not still showing any signs of crowing?? (On the updated picture the left one is a rooster)

can you post a better pic? looks like girl but this pic is not good enough so I am not 100% positive.
