As far as I can remember there would be a chance that 25% of the offsprings would result in pure naked neck or NN and 50% of Nn or one gene of naked neck and the other 25% without naked neck or fully feathered. But Kev, Lisa or DDD and Nava are the real experts here on BYC NN thread. I do dabble but am just learning. Look for the SOP on the National Poultry ASSo. Groups.
Flower, is it possible (and I really really don't remember my genetics, I REALLY need a book) If you do NnxNn you would get NN? Or is that a third generation thing, or just not going to happen? I would really love to show Naked necks, but I know the SOP criteria, I want to know if it's possible or if I need to find more birds to work with?
