Nature's Hatchery... Never, NEVER again. Worst customer Service EVER..

I just talked to Nature's Hatchery today. I had to wait on hold for about four classical music pieces but when the representative came on he was very friendly. I asked him if they drop-ship and he said something to the effect that they try to hatch their own birds but they will get them somewhere else if they have to.
