Yes.It’s the red one in the picture supposed to be the americana?
I already contacted the store and they want me to bring in a receipt from 5 months ago that is probably long gone so they can give me a partial refund. I have emailed the Hatchery unfortunately it will not let me attach a photo. I have pictures of the chicks from day one to now. the sign said laid colored eggs but behind every other breed it told you white light brown dark brown Etc. I'm kind of at a loss until the Hatchery contacts me.Well I don’t know who could argue with the fact that that is definitely definitely not even close. You could always take the chicken or a picture back to the store because I know sometimes they don’t have muffs or beards. But that’s not even close. It looks like a production read but with a different comb. And if your sign at the store you went to says lays blue eggs like the other poster said that could also be one of your arguments. They should put a sign like that up anyway it is very misleading
No Bomgaars. I think it's a regional Iowa thing.Out of curiosity TSC?
according to this store they had a chicken expert who is also a fair judge on the chickens. I asked her twice if she was certain they were EEs, because they looked very much like Chipmunks. she assured me yes and she was there when the shipment came, said right on the box what they were and she and put them in the bins.Unfortunately it was probably the store and not the hatchery. I know tractor supply and I’m sure other stores have a habit of miss labeling And a lot of the times the employees haven’t been trained well enough to know the difference
