Need advice on African Grey Parrot

Good news! Im going to pick up a 2 year old Sun Conure from a lady about an hour from me on Sunday. Apparently she used to breed them, but her husband got into a bad motorcycle accident last year and had to have his leg amputated. They stopped breeding the birds and they have one younger one left, aside from its parents, which she is keeping since they are not too social (they were breeding birds).

I have everything ready, the big cage at home and the travel cage at work. All my co workers are on board too! Cant wait!
