Need advice on DIY sling for oung Turkey

Our 3 month old Turkey suddenly began stumbling around, she was fine healthy and happy until 2 days ago, she stopped chirping, held mouth open all day and began stumbling, poop is normal, eating and drinking is normal, been feeding 20% chick crumbles with boiled egg, cayenne pepper and Chick vitamin serum. She seems to favoring her right hip slightly. We're trying so hard to help her. Any suggestions?

I don't know much about them, so will need to tag in a few that may be able to offer some suggestions.
In the meantime, can you post some photos of her? If you have video of her movements/walking that may be helpful as well. Upload video to youtube and provide a link.
