Gout,that’s crazy.My grandpa gets that stuff very bad.Its a bad thing.Im not sure what you can do for it but all I can say is hope he recovers and continuing soaking.

Thank u he is young and I feed my chickens healthy stuff like layer feeds and veggies and sometimes meat and bugs

powdered masingil that women'stuff in warm water for 5 minutes and don't let the roo drink it. repeat often
Saved my hen's bumblefeet and her life
