I agree with Kiki, I would just go ahead and treat all that are housed with him, if that's possible.
When you have times, photos of the poop would be good too.
How are you keeping them? Any way that you can put a perch in the cage for them to roost so they aren't sleeping on the floor?
When I spoke with the vet about treating the girls he said it sounded like they were immune and likely he just had some issues where he wasn't as strong. The med I'm giving is metabolized through the liver. I can't give it to my older hen but I could possibly treat them with corid since it seems to work on them. I'd have to separate him though so I would get a stool sample before doing that.
They sleep on a roost about 18 inches off the ground. I added some boards and towels when he began losing his balance to create more of a platform. I plan to convert it back to a roost once he gets more stable. Their droppings used to fall into shavings but now are on the towels. Her stools are completely normal but just a little more loose. The wetness just made me nervous. It's very coincidental it started with the new feed but given the coccidia I am a little insecure. I saw her poop in the yard and it looked great but it wasn't as thick as a typical little ball. Just very moist and fell apart when moved. I'll snap a pic of it next time I'm out in a bit or tomorrow morning on their platform.
