need help tracking down this desease

hi i have aprox 65 chickens mixed leg horns and Rhode island reds.
i started seeing bloody egg shells then diaria and then the loosing feathers around there vent then bloody vent and the area around the vent.
took one to the vet and she diagnosed coccidia i treated with Amprolium may have gotten better but then came back treated again came back again. my gut feeling is that it is something else.
im treating with ACV, DE, oregeno oil and garlic im not sure what works and what dosent.
im looking for a lab i can sent in a manure sample to get to the bottom of this.

Can you post some photos?
Where are you located in the world?
How much space does your flock have - are they confined to a coop/run or do they free range?

Losing feathers around the vent as well as having bloody vents sound like vent picking. Do you notice injury and scabs on the vents?
