Need help with breed and genders

Yes, that's a girl. They have very large Combs and wattles.

Oh my goodness, they're gorgeous! I wondered about whether or not the white one was a white rock because of the small comb, and I suppose she could also just be some kind of crossbreed as well. Sweetest bird and sooo soft.
