Need help with malpositioned pigeon chick!!

So i managed to feed him a little bit more then he was not having it so ive let him be for a bit :/ i weighed him before and after and he was the same maybe cos its so little food at this stage? Hes still very jumpy and alert so atleast he isnt getting weak :)i have put him in brooder box now with a bedsock lol!
Ok, i have to ask... what is a bedsock..:oops:

Lucky you are home(i believe you said) to observe him closely. Trust your intuition as you have done your homework.:hugs
 
I took him out again to try again because he kept squeaking so i thought he must be hungry and i think ive found a good way to feed him by chance! I was holding him trying to position him and his beak was between my fingers and he started the chewing motion so i started to drip little bits of formula and he was slurping away :D he has put on a gram so at least he has some food in him and he is now not squeaking and seems to be sleeping in his brooder :) i feel a bit less stressed now lol
