Needing advice about my Runner duck

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my runner duck. They were walking around the garden yesterday. In the late afternoon I noticed, that my girl runner duck had her eye closed. This morning when I let them out of the night house, her eye had a white film on it... They are my first ducks and I’m really not sure what to do about it? I’m scared she might be blind, as she’s not walking well and she’s barely eating now. Do you have any suggestions on what to do? Or what might be happening?

How old is your Runner and can you get a pic? Does she have discharge from her eye or nares. I would put her inside for now so you can monitor her eating drinking and pooping. If you can a pic of her poop along with her eye that would be great. If she is sick she needs to be kept warm and given plenty of fresh water. How many ducks do you have and are any others showing these symptoms?

In the morning I will take a photo. I only have two runner ducks. I’ll try and get a photo off her poop as well

Oh I forgot to say she is 17 weeks old

Possibly puncture to the eye or respiratory infection.

Sorry it has taken so long .Here are the pictures her eye turned that yellow colour today..I have been seeing to her every 30 min to give her water and food ..

I have bathed it with betadine antiseptic liquid. But not full strength it’s is half sterile water and half betadine.

Any way of getting her to a vet? That needs more attention than I feel we can give. Does it look like the eye has been injured can you see any injury? What other symptoms is she having she is eating? Other eye look normal?
