Well, it turns out Greens Feed by me sells Farmers Best. They came up on the dealer list. I will have to ask when I go in next.

yeah the farmers best at greens is about 14-15 bucks and the layena is 18. Its right up there on the "menu" board!

Had my first ever "bloodbath" last night. Ive managed so far to never have anyone hurt anyone else and my flock has remained ultra peacefull, so you can imagine my shock last night when i went to close up the coop and Birthday Present's head was all bloody
Now I know what youre thinking and YOURE WRONG! they werent picking on her....hahaha, actually what happened was Birthday Present decided that she wanted to sleep all cuddled up with MY ONLY BROODY HEN! yeesh! tough break Kid! Anywhoo, lil frizz, the broody hissed and hollered and finally grabbed a chunk of her "hair" and ripped it out. I know this because she still had white feathers stuck to her beak. so we had to clean her up and put her hair in a little ponytail to cover up the wound. Poor chicken. Other than that little hiccup the transition has gone well and everyone seems happy

Elizabeth I am mad at Green's Feed now! I called today and they do sell a Layer feed that is cheaper than One Stop but never told me they carried that brand and now I call One Stop and they are going up on their prices so the 22% Game Bird is now $18! Green's Feed has layer for $13.90 vs One Stop's $15.00.

Game bird and All Flock used to be much cheaper! I will be making calls this week all over town to find out who is the cheapest these days cause this is getting out of hand. I know corn prices are up but Jeez Louise! I'll let you all know who has the cheapest prices once I get it done.

I can get seals and pointed whites too. My new breed I can get BEWs REWs bluess blacks black otters I can get blues too. I can get lots of colors on my new breed
