So I decided its time for me to eat healthy add start exercising (I wanna look good for my boyfriend when I go see him) It's hard for me to pack dinner when I go to work. Plus I don't like spinach, salads don't make since to me, I like crunchy flavorful chicken. Any food ideas for me? Any exersices to help build up my body? I have a bad knee but it's not to bad.
 
I no longer look like it, but I spent every day working out for 45 minutes to 2 hours. I used to set up training schedules for pro wrestlers as a job too. What do you need to to do? What type of shaping up. If you can drink it, drink 3 cups or glasses of green tea and day and no sodas or Starbucks type drinks. Broil don't fry, easy on the condiments and dressings. I can actually give you something to work with but without seeing you I have to just give you basic ideas. Exercises, I need to know what you need to do, but lunges and squats can help you tone your whole body. I need to do them myself, cause I have a ton of nice clothes, but I haven't been able to wear them for 3 or more years. My husband made me fat!

I have another chick in the bator. Nice to have them earlier than later this time. These guys are nice and fat and doing pretty good. I want another trio at least of Silver Phoenix, but I'm kind of hoping I have 2 pairs so I can sell them later for feed money. Which BTW I'll be calling for prices of tomorrow, cause the price I gave earlier was just layer. I buy #80 of Game bird for $28+. My feedstore with the cheaper rabbit ppellets went from $20 for #100 to $22 for #80. I use 3 different places because each one has something I buy cheaper than the other, but none have everything I buy cheaper. And gas is high!

I would like to put a little meat on me. I weigh. 119.0 when I'm in my boots with my knofe and wallet and keys I'm around 5'10. I would like to get some abs, I want a little more muscle tone in my arms and I wouldn't mind some more leg muscle and a former hind quarters.
Do McDonalds Frappes count as Starbucks? I don't normally like hot drinks or teas I might be able to go over to Starbucks and get a green tea there and try and drink it.

Kim, sounds like you're having better success with your hatches. Did you make changes or just good luck? Hope you get your trio.

OK so you want to build up! Just don't do it wrong. Do the same exercises, they tone everything. You probably don't have to worry about the frappe. Just don't know how anyone can eat or drink at that place. I literally get sick just smelling it and used to live around the block from one. You want to start working with some weights, but to tell you the truth you may lose just a bit, before you start building mass. If you want I can't do it till after sunday, but I can do a start up chart for you and then we'll add more as you get furthur along. My youngest brother used to make charts for his friends in high school and before he'd hang out with them they had to hit the weights. One lost a ton of weight and the others still are buff in their 40s. He got them hooked. LOL OH!!!! You need to go buy a mag. I was the residents assistant with the wrestling organizarion and training camp. We had a shop at the gym for suppliments and things. I hate those things, so do it naturally. But we had lots and lots of magazines and my boss was going to stop some of them until I told him this one was great. Men's Workout! Even one mag will give you some good ideas for working out. I was really impressed with that mag and the Women's version, but that one got canceled. Never understood why, because I have never seen another magazine that showed women the types of training to do that really worked. All we get is fluffy and cutesy stuff. Useless!

I hope you like oatmeal. That's one of the best foods you can eat every day. Get some not too heavy weights, nothing expensive and keep in mind that slow movements build and fast burns, so stick to slow and even movements. BTW the squats will build legs and tighten butts. Slow movements!
