Opened up out front door just about 10 minutes ago, and the snow drifted almost 3 feet right in front of the door! we could hardly get it opened

Same here, I was just thinking last night at the rate all of the snow was melting off of my yard that you would not even be able to tell it snowed at all by morning. Boy was I wrong! There is about 3 in out there and the girls are actually dust bathing in it. I have some really strange chickens. hehe

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We stayed home because as you all know I have been sick but my lovely DH made Thanksgiving dinner and took care of me all weekend. Even boys were good most of the weekend which is a feat in itself. hehe

Aubrey I LOVE that picture, and your turkey looks scrumptious. I wanted to let you know that Bertha laid her first egg yesterday!

I found my camera and took some pictures of the girls and the finished up coop. As soon as I get them cut down to a decent size I will post some for everyone. I hope everyone is having a good weekend!

Happy Thanksgiving all. Prayers for those that are sick or in pain. Welcome to the new folks.
Had lots of family visiting and no time to spend at my computer so I'm trying to play catch up.
Much gratitude that while it is suddenly quite cold here...there is no snow. Ahhhh!
