Are you talking about this one?

It isn't but 1/2 BCM at the most, and

on the other half. Mom could be a Marans, but not black copper, or any of the others. Maybe Lt. Brahma?

If I were closer we would have to talk about your birds. On Chile, the people are wonderful, after you get out of Santiago especially. Lots of cool volcanoes, pools, hot springs, etc. too. Lakes Region and south. There is a cruise that you can do across a lake into Argentina too. Of course Argentina has Angel Falls!

Have a great week everybody. My 4 hole incubator is supposed to start hatching this weekend; Ams, Wellies, and BCM's.

Yes, and I was doubly wrong because in my mind's eye was Iguazú Falls and I typed Angel. How are the chicks doing? That fuzzy footed chick could even be an EE (Am roo) for all I know. I think that I see puffy cheeks.

I thought it had too many white markings. Still look at those fluffy feet!

Yes I'd love to see Angel Falls. I'd have to go see it by helicopter since I'm past the age of being able to hike for long treks (or at least my back is past that age).

However Argentina is the world expert on the tango and that would be something to see! The tango performed as it should be.

They say that everyone feels sexy when they do the tango (I'm sure the person that said this never saw my husband and I trying to tango. Still it is a lot of fun even when we are butchering it!).

I'm also dying to go see Puerto Rico! Everyone says it is magnificent! Unfortunately it took us quite a while to save up enough for this last trip (vacation time and money). One of the appeals of Ecuador is it is extremely economical to travel there.

Hey Sunny! Welcome home

I got a couple of questions for you. Did you get any pullets out of those BBS Ams we got?

I think I have one. Not positive yet, but I think I have a buncha pretty boys. LOL

If you haven't found a home for your FBCM roo and girls, let me know. I may be able to take the,. Just send me details and your price. I'm hatching everything but those right now. All the other breeds are having no problems, but my Maranas are dying int the shells. Don't know why. Thinking it might be because my Davis girls are getting old.

K.....bad week last week and tiring weekend, so if you pm me I'll check it tomorrow.

Glad you're back and had a good time. Too bad you looked so stressed though. Ya gotta lousen up woman.

Let's arrange a BYC meet up.

yeah!!

A meetup sounds good to me! I've been trying to get folks to do this for awhile now.

Lets find out how many want to come and then we'll worry about the details.

Hi Kim! I haven't hatched any of these eggs yet since my roo just reached maturity but I have hatched some from the same breeder as my girls came from and they had a great hatch rate. The roo came from Adamson acres from a super dark egg but his fertiltity rate is unknown at this time. I'll shoot you a pm tomorrow afternoon. Right now I need to rest this stupid back of mine. It's acting up again. I've got 8 FBCM eggs in the bator right now or I'd plunk some of his in now. My folks let all the birds out at once while we were gone so I thought I'd better wait another week anyway to be sure they are pure FBCMs not 1/2 black Ameraucana and 1/2 FBCM.

I also need to take another look at the B/B/S Am group to see what's what. The mystery chick is a roo (and not an ameraucana at all) but I haven't looked closely at the others recently.
