So far none of the girls have been Tomboys. Well not total Tomboys anyway so I am looking forward to having someone to toss a ball too. I've gotten used to the fact that they all love pink (a color I detest) but I was really hoping that they would enjoy sports more than they do. Luckily two of them are turning out to looooove the animals so I am having some luck turning them into little farmers! hahaha Now I just need a football fan!

I let Kirstie know you might be interested in a GCM rooster chick. She told me she has two chicks right now. I will being taking one maybe both, but you can have the 2nd one when I pick which one I am going to keep based on breeder quality since I have all those girls! She also has more hatching any day now.

I might be interested in a rooster chick as well and maybe a pullet or two if she has them available. I have two marans hens right now and I want to keep the darker eggs going as they make the eggs I sell quite attractive in the variety I am able to present.

I thought I had seen pictures on here of some GCM adult birds, but now I can't find them. Now once I submit this, they'll probably show right up. Anyway, I wanted to look at them again to be sure.

Oh Yeah! I'M GONNA BE A GRANDMA AGAIN!!!!!

I waited to say anything cause my DD lost the last babies she was pregnant with (twins) but I have the official OK to go ahead and tell everyone now! IT'S A BOY!!!
Those of you that don't know, we have four grandchildren already. All girls! Now don't get me wrong. I adore all of my Granddaughters! They are each so precious and so different from each other and we have a blast with them. BUT, after 4 granddaughters, we are definitely ready to finally have a boy in the family!!!

I let Kirstie know that there are people on this thread interested in her Golden Cuckoo Marans. She is super busy right now, so it might take a little time for her to get back to me. I do know of another source but I think Kirstie's are nicer birds. They are nice and hefty

Congratulation Sonny! Know how you feel. We have 4 granddaughters too, and 1 grandson we enjoy him. My husband likes buying him trucks and boy things.The only problem is he lives in Big Bear Ca, and is so far away we don't see him like we would like too. Are kids are scattered all over, so enjoy your grand kids if they are close.

I wish I could get some of y'all's "girl luck. I had four boys, my sister had two, my cousins all had boys. Not only did I go without, I don't even have a little girl relative!! Easter, with those adorable dresses, is a bad time of year for me. I am happy with my boys though!
