Hello Everyone, and welcome to all the new comers since I last stopped by. I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas. Last time I posted here there was a lot of comments about having reached 200 pages of posts. It's been a while. I am not going to try and catch up, lol.

Anyway wanted to let you all know I am still out here playing with my birds. We managed to end up with nearly 40 Seramas after all the incubating of last summer. Twice what we where shooting for. We have a whole lot of roosters we are looking to relocate. they are getting bigger and starting to fight with each other so we have to do something soon. I think all the pullets are going to go to the 4 roosters we keep and next year we are going to start offering hatching eggs. so we will see. most of the hens never stopped laying so we have some hatching eggs for free if anyone is interested. no claim on fertility etc but I can insure they are less than 7 days old. The hens are with Roosters and so far our experience has been that fertility is at or near 100%. I never know when a new pullet has started laying and they pretty much lay duds for a while.

We also have a white Japanese Bantam that needs a new home. She was the companion to the first chick we hatched. She lays eggs and everything and is a nice looking Hen, she is about 6 months old or so.

Anyway i have been wanting to stop by for a couple of weeks now so I decided I better get with it.

Happy Holidays to everyone.

HorseFeatherz NV, by the way I lit a candle for Deerman. Saying a prayer as well. On the subject of Cancer I also want to let everyone know my mother is doing very well. is past all of her treatment and all is looking good at this point. There is one small spot they are keeping a close eye on but nothing yet to be worried about. Let some of that luck rub off on Deerman.

Hope everyone had a great christmas! We had a wonderful time with 2 of our kids and one of our granddaughters. Our Tasha (my dog) passed on xmas eve so that was a little tough to deal with but she had been ill for quite awhile and we expected it. Otherwise life has been very good to all of us here.

Genny I lit a candle as well! Also PMed you.

Great pics aubrey and daegorn! We should all post a couple of pics from this season! Here's my contribution for now...
