Hey guys,

I have a favor to ask of someone with a pickup truck. I found a place I can get a refridgerator at, when they get them, for free. They are broken or trade-ins. I want to make an incubator for my goose eggs this year. Unfortunately it won't fit in the trunk of my car. The place is in Carson City and I'm in Stagecoach. I am open to discuss any trade negotiations you may put forth.

And also to mention I did have a conversation with a deputy last summer about problem animals. He told me since chickens are livestock I am in my rights to shoot it even though I live in town. I think for starters I'll just go with the rat trap idea and see where things go from there....

You know i read a thread on here about someone who was having dog troubles. He trapped the dog an left a note on its collar that said something to the tune of
"i have been a very bad dog. I have learned to eat chickens. If i eat another chicken, I will no longer be coming home..."

OMG, that is SO unny! Do you have an iPhone? Because you can update your browser. I don't know about other phones but if you can hook it up to your computer you can do an update of your browser and that would help you on your phone.

ugh, sorry pam. I know youre pam and wolftracks is kim. i swear. i swear!!! I mix up one syllable names all the time. It was REALLY crummy when mark and mike were living together, ugh.

Sierra I love the rat trap idea!!! But if I had a dog around that was killing my chickens I'd probably just do what the Sheriff suggested. Especially if I knew it had been biting kids (or even 1 kid). But how funny it would be to see the owner's face if her dog showed up with a trap stuck to it!

Spell check just worked for me! I have a couple of keys that stick on my laptop (it's really old) and don't show up unless I hit them hard and it caught them just fine.

Mythcat I hope you find someone to help with that fridge. They make awesome incubators.

Now off to go update my browser. This new site is cool but it is definitely running super sloooooww...

Please take a pic of the dog with the trap on it's nose. I do think the note on the collar (if it has one) or tied around it's neck letting the owner know what might happen if the dog is out again.
