I'll look into it, I really like the idea. Does it depend on the situation or are you responsible for obtaining the eggs and then giving them to your hatchery or is that the hatcher's job? 


The general consensus in cities is roosters are bad. But you can advertise free roosters on Craigslist and they get snatched up... my silkie roosters found a home within 4 hours. When someone hatches for you, I would expect to be responsible for all that hatch unless the person hatching wants to keep some. So double what you want, because of the 50% rooster/hen ratio, and have a plan for the extras.
