Stillwater is nowhere near Lemmon Valley. Stillwater NWR is northeast of Fallon! It's a really cool place BTW; I highly recommend a trip out there!
Yeah, its not something i am very certain i am excited about since mark is an avid surfer of the santa cruz/pacifica area, however we are excited about the porposes! When we went on a surf trip last summer to san onofri they got to surf with the dolphins at arms reach the entire trip and it would be awesome if they could get that in nor cal too
Okay,
When my youngest son got married the Military moved his stuff to Georgia for him but the catch was it had to be moved from the address he used when he enlisted. So he had to be moved from our house. Well his in-laws gave him so much stuff there was no way to fit it all in my house. So we had to put it in the driveway and someone had to watch it. So I said I would since it was their honeymoon and I didn't want them spending part of it in my driveway.
They came by the house around 2am and wanted to know what I was looking at and I told them there's this owl on the pole across the street and it's whooing. It's so cool. Well, Alan says where's the owl and I point to it. Just as he turned to look another owl jumped right on top of it and started you know what to it.
I turned the brightest red and he busted up laughing at me and says so does dad know you stay out all night watching owls go at it? I'm telling dad right now what you do at night. I couldn't stop from laughing but let me tell you, he wouldn't stop bugging me about it and if anyone would listen then he would tell them what I do at night.
Ughhhh!
Have you ever had facial massage done for sinus problems?
is it too late to join this thread??? im in stagecoach just southeast of reno and am looking to add chickens to my yard this spring![]()
I haven't tried alkaseltzer for sinus. we do have some at home. at this point, I'll try anything! I read that putting some apple cider vinegar in white and drinking that all day helps thin mucous, so I'm trying that today.OK this stuff used to make me sick to drink it, but I had a horrible sinus infection once and my husband made me drink Alkaselzer (sp) He brought some home from the hospital on night for me. Anyway within minutes I could breath. I didn't even know up till then that it worked for anything other than indigestion. Now I take it if a cold or flu starts to hit and I can breath and function.

Welcome to the Nevada thread littlekatzz! I tell my husband this too and he blushes deep red everytime! And it is so darn cute! We've been together for 13 years now.
OK I have to tell this story now. Remember the huge cougar print I found last week? Well I told Steve I wanted him to be sure and avoid it cause I wanted him to see it and not smudge it up before I got a pic. Well he forgot and walked all over it. Then it snowed. I mentioned that we would know if the mountain lion was still hanging around cause the snow would show his tracks well. So he went out hunting tracks.
A short time later he came into the house saying, "I found some really huge tracks, you've got to see these to believe it!" So I throw on some boots and a warm coat to go out and see what he found. He did find some very large tracks, from a very large jackrabbit! I tried hard not to laugh I really did! But it was just impossible to not laugh at that! That's my adorable city boy!
Cecelia thank you! I know you live a lot closer to me than sunny so it might work better. Prescilla laid me an egg this morning too! I hope hope HOPE hers are fertile because polish showgirls are my number one project that id like to try this spring
