I just found this great article about apple cider vinegar and chicken health and wanted to share it. I have given apple cider vinegar (must be unfiltered) to my chickens and they love it. I mask the flavor with it when worming my chickens. I have also read that when given to hens, you hatch out more pullet chicks. I have not tried that yet, but wouldn't that be great if it worked?!

So for the potluck, I think I will bring a Mexican rice dish in addition to the marinated vegetable salad. I will use leeks instead of onions since Sunny is allergic to onions. Should work, right?

We are not drinkers either Mandy but have no problems with sugar or caffiene. And we both love sweet tea! So we are good.
