HAHA well 26 of my 47 entries are waterfowl, so they get fresh tub of water night before the show and a spray from the hose and they can go into the carry crate. Well, except the White Sebastopol geese they will have to have a soapy bath first to clean the curls that drag the ground. I have all but 3 chickens washed so far.... I have 2 kids that help me so we do an assembly line, 2 people washing and one person towel drying, then in front of the heater...goes pretty fast!
Thanks very much for the offer of DH and if he is willing/interested, Friday between 9-4 is where we need help the most(a couple of hours is fine). Luckily the RSLEC staff sets up most of the tables for us, we then have to cover tables with tar paper, pop open the wire cages and set them on top, then shavings and a feed and water cup on top and lastly coop cards.... So not too difficult just a large area to cover (800 holes) my legs get tired just thinking about it but the show is so much fun that I can die on Sunday after!
