I love it when my mum makes them when she cooks a roast leg of lamb, and uses the fat juices to cook them in.. then with homemade gravy on top which is made from the crunchy bits left on the bottom of the lamb cooking pan

Thanks so much for posting this! I had heard of Yorkshire pudding but never tried it. I made it tonight and it was amazing! Even the baby loved it.

They remind me of the popovers in the US. Except the recipe is different from what I've tried, so going to have to try these now too!
