I just have two ducks now but it depends if I really want more ducks, but the two right now are perfect for me as of now because once the COVID19 outbreak settles I’ll be going back to school for nursing for 4 weeks then will have a job out of that so I need to have time for caring for my ducks as well as working!

What kind of ducks did you buy? I bought two call ducks a boy and a girl and ended up with two boys. Most of the time they are good friends but in the Spring I sometimes have to put one of them in time out for an hour or two.

My friend actually gave them to me! She got 6 and 4 of them were baby yellow ducks and the other 2 were brown and yellow. I asked for a yellow and a brown one!
I found out that I got a Pekin and a Rouen!! I don’t know the genders :/ and i don’t know how to tell! But their names are Cheese and Quackers and they loveeeee to cuddle at night and sleep and they love cuddling with me!

I love their names. They will get along well. Male ducklings will start getting feathers on their rear ends before hens. However if they start feathering out at the same time then you have two of the same sex but won't know which sex. The male besides coloring will get a tight curl feather on their rear end. Male Pekin is white but the Rouen will look like a male mallard with a green head white neck ring grey body. Your names work for either sex.
